She demonstrates variations of poses for different levels of ability and encourages all to enjoy their practice at their own level . I particularly enjoy her Aqua Kriya yoga. "Having done yoga for 30 years and enjoyed different forms of yoga over the years, I entered into the pool for Trish's classes with expectations of something...not sure what. With a back ground in physio, I knew the water was very helpful in holding and supporting and allowing us to move with a grace that is not always available on land. What I experienced in Trish's class was nothing short of a miracle! It was beyond what I thought because it’s about FEELING...the feeling part of my brain so enjoyed the support of the water. I felt myself going into lotus (which I need 3 pillows for on land) and child’s pose in the water with a flexibility I’ve never felt before. So amazing and so grateful to Trish for inviting me. It really blew my expectations (out of the water, hee hee) as I found myself so at ease in the class, breathing deeper and experiencing a sense of peace I’d not tapped into before.
