​This is a weather dependent class so class will be cancelled if weather is inclement.  Please check social media links where cancellation notice will be posted otherwise, I'll be there! 

What is Aqua Kriya Yoga

Aqua Kriya Yoga is a wellness modality which aims to connect the body and breath, helping practitioners bring an awareness and intention to their movements.  By taking yoga off the mat and into the water, we can experience greater ease and stability.

Trish trained to teach Aqua Kriya Yoga in July 2013 with Camella Nair (Swami Nibhrtananda) and has been sharing it every year since.   This practice opens the joints, strengthens & stabilises the pelvic floor, promotes inner body length and pacifies the nervous system encouraging receptivity as we soften and dissolve away any gripping and resistance.   Trish looks forward to giving you a taste of this unique style of yoga.

Classes are held in the east end of the Island at the Bayside Pool, Grotto Bay from October - May; and St. George's Club pool from June - September and in the west end at Pompano Beach Club.
